| Around 18 hours by bus. About an hour in the air. Try kayak to get an idea about air prices. The bus was like US$15 each way but that was a few years ago. It used to be that San Andres, Colombia was a much better (cheaper and nicer) place to go for the Visa Runs... but West Caribbean Air no longer flies so you need to take Copa via Panama City and it is expensive. You might look for weekend vacation pages through (you used to get those for about US$200 including air, hotel, and food... but you'll have more fun eating outside and not in your hotel). |
| Kayak probably isn't the best route to go. I have compared prices through them and have found that some site offer much lower prices.. try looking around before you buy. |
| Those are great ideas on making a Panamanian trip great. I am to go to have a vacation there too and so if you can share here some good information as of the best travel destinations in the said country kindly keep them all posted. I am also looking for some good tips and suggestions as of where to stay there. I am with my wife. Thanks a lot and have a great day. |
