With the Panama CExpansion getting underway there have been talks of increasing the Toll for the cto help cover the costs.

This has tour guides and tour ships thinking that it might not be a good idea for tourist business even thought the Panama as a gateway will be expanded to three lanes. And since the Cwill not be under U.S. Administration it has to be looked at as a business and they have to make profits in order to keep the Cup-to-date and competitive in the world competition with the Suez Canal.

It seems now they have decided to take the proper steps to get this underway.
