Article: A Desert in Panama--Is It Possible?

Thank author of this post/commentA tropical country like Panama gives us images of beaches, wild animals, numerous rainforests, and immense amounts of rain. Would you believe that there's actually a desert in Panama? Oh yes, there is! If you are going to a trip to the coastal town of Pedasi, you may have the chance to go to Sarigua National Park, where the Sarigua Desert can be found.

Hi there. Thanks for sharing those information with regards to Sarigua Desert. I have heard about this place before and I found it interesting to see. I am to have a trip in Panama and I think I would consider having a trip in there as well. I am sure to have lots of great time there. Hoping for some more tips in here though. Good day ahead to all.

I have gone to Panama twice but I never thought that a desert is possible in there. I just heard the news about the Sarigua Desert Park. I think this is going to be another big attraction to Panama. For sure a lot of tourist will be seeing this spot and compare to other desert on Earth. I hope to get there soon as well. Thank for sharing the post.

Well, you know that many countries are actually getting deserts in places where they did not have deserts before because of over foresting and the weather and climate changes which are happening world wide. Sure they do make interesting tourist attractions, but I hope that this does not continue and that governments will take certain measures to prevent existing deserts from spreading, measures such as tree planting and irrigation.
