Hello Stephanie, sadly right now is not working on blackberry, next year when the new Blackberry operating system goes out and android apps can work on them you will be able to use it on BB's. Right now it only works on Android phones. Yes, the maps works outside of Panama, the map covers the whole country, if you want more countries you can go to NDrive app store and purchase maps from other countries. For POIs (points of interests), Panama City is complete, for the rest of the country we have the most important ones, but not as detailed as Panama city is at this moment.
