| Real Estate Cost I am trying to get some sampling of real estate prices in areas like Boqueta. The montanas de caldera panama looks very nice and I like the security of a gated community but I didn't see any prices on the site. I would like information on others areas to consider as well.TS Lanier in North Carolina |
| TS We too look all over Panama. We have been down there several times. Upon looking at all they had to offer in Boquete, we settled on Montanas De Caldera. We absolutely loved what they were doing and out of the 5 or 6 developments decided the quality of workmanship and and standards that they were using was superior. You didn't state what you were looking for. A condo or house?? They are doing both. I believe prices start at 120K to 275K. We purchased a home and added a lot of extra's like a pool in the back yard (even thou there is a community pool) and outdoor kitchen off the pool and bathroom out by the pool. I know you can get a beautiful home on a very nice lot for probably under 200K. If you email them, they will send you a complete package of what they are doing and the prices. I have a lot of info regarding moving to Panama and the Boquete area if you are interested you can respond and I will give you my email address. If you decide to contact Montanas tell Jane that you spoke to Mike and Darlene and she will give you anything you need to make a decision. Hope this helps. |
