I hear more than a number of Americans are fleeing Panama as is happending in Costa Rica. The security and infrastructure is not all its craked up to be.

Nope, come to think, most folks now in costa rica flee to the Volcan and Boquete area..Far superior safety and estability than any other place in the world. (AARP)
