A Professor spent years studying the effects of cocoa on the Kuna people in Panama. | I have to agree that cocoa indeed have lots of health benefits towards our body, according to some studies, cocoa have a property that makes people feel relaxed and happy, thus relieving them from all of the whole day stress. And who does not like chocolates? If my memory serves me well, I think it is this flavonoids that can be found on cocoa acts as antioxidants to better help fight certain kinds of diseases including cancers. |
| "Unrefined foods"
How can you make a leap from unrefined, unsugared cocoa to chocolate?Eat most any edible plants in their whole natural form and you'll have the benefits described above or more. Send it through a food processing factory, devitalize it, add sugar, preservatives and other chemicals... and then you have a heath care crisis. |
