WOW!!! I read this recipe and I had to try it and man is it good. I would never have thought to make dressing for fruit but here it is.

2 sliced bananas

1 cup sour cream

4 tablespoons brown sugar

1-1/2 teaspoons lemon juice

Mix the above ingredients in a blender until smooth.

It's absolutely delicious on top of a fruit salad or even on pancakes.

When I tried it on pancakes I made them like a dessert pancake and added sliced of bananas with them. YUMMMMMMY.

I will have to make this...my daughter loves peanut butter and banana sandwiches and this would be a nice alternative and yum yum!!
