Process to Purchase Land in Panama - does it vary by province?Hi, can anyone desbribe the process and length of time it takes to submit an offer to purchase a titled piece of land? and i.e. does it take 3 months to close, get title at that time, - deal closes takes 12 months to get title? Looking to understand the land purchasing process. Thanks.
WEll no .. it does not depend on each province.. the same law for all the republic.. so the very first you need to do is study the law.. and then find what you want.
Make sure no matter what you do, you hire a attorney as they will make sure all i's dotted and t's crossed. MUST HAVE!!! Also you will want to form a corp. so you can get tax advantages. We hired a local attorney in David and was glad we did.
