| Tainted Medicine I was reading some Panama news today for another forum and came across this article. It's about Panamanian investigators exhuming 6 more bodies to determine whether they died from ingesting medicine contaminated with diethylene glycol which is a chemical cousin of antifreeze. OMG!!1Can you imagine dying from that? Apparently some companies allegedly sold tainted ingredients to the government health agency and so far 51 people have died and dozens more were sickened. I can't imagine living in a country with so little health control. |
| Adds new dimension to the concept of buying your medications over the internet! I believe the country does have health control, but their system isn't working. |
| Oh my gosh, that's horrible! Even though we Americans complain about some of the over the counter medications being now locked up in the pharmacy, that is nothing compared to this. |

| That was a really a big OMG. Who would have thought that by ingesting those pills that supposedly must heave make those people well would do them real damage is horrible. That is the very reason why I would not dare buying any medications without prescription. I want to read the whole story, do you have any link? Hope you can post here the link where I can read the whole story. |
