| Panama Cto increase tolls A hearing was held in Balboa, Panama by the Panama CAuthority earlier this week. The cis more and more increasing as an important artery and raising the tolls makes sense. |
| A toll is set up to pay for the construction of a large road route, however fast becomes a source of revenue, long after the initial construction costs of the road have been reached. Is this right ? |
