Where to live with family

My wife and I are in our late 30's with 3 kids aged 4, 6 and 8 years old. We are thinking of moving to Panama and were looking for some advice on where to live.
We are looking for either a big piece of land (25-200 acres)or a pretty quiet spot on the water. it is also important to have high speed internet for my work and someplace where we could get good education for our children. Of course a safe enviroment with little crime is also very important.
Is there anyplace that would fit what we are looking for, or is Panama not the place where we should be looking.
Thanks for any info that you can provide.
