The house is ready to move in and comes with all the amenities; oversize fridge/ stove, washer/ dryer, gas tankless water heater, air conditioning, high speed internet (1Meg) and basically all you'll ever need to live and enjoy this neck of the Panama woods. Centrally located it is ideal for home business if that's what you are looking for. Just a 2 minute drive or short walk/ bike ride to a number of beaches (3)! Am very interested in your home for rental in Pedasi - will be in Panama on June 22nd to start pensionado visa application procedure - and will be coming to Pedasi and Las Tablas areas to look for property during the 8 days that I will be in Panama. May not be able to help you move quickly - will be able to be back in Panama permanently by September I imagine - that may not be quick enough for your purposes. Hope to hear from you - rental rates would be appreciated - thanks in advance for any information and help that you can give me. |
