I know it sounds like a lot of Hipe some times, but Panama is a great place to retire. Some times I wonder what others think about how well a retire person in Panama can live. Maybe they think is too good to be true? Sure hope not, it is a great place to live. Any Comments?

I imagine that Panama is a great place to retire. But, what do retired people do in Panama. I have this mental picture of retired people laying on the beach everyday. I know some people have started their own businesses after retirement. Are you planning to retire in Panama?

I'm sure in a climate such as that there would be a lot of things to enjoy. The beaches, the climate, the being able to take walks without bundling up. Just to be there would be wonderful.I mean everyone retires somewhere and what better somewhere than a climate where you don't have to put on boots and coats and shovel snow. I think I could keep myself busy somehow.

You have lots to do in Panama when retired, how about fishing, snorkeling, diving, horseback riding, canoeing, white water rafting, bird watching, side trips to the Cand jungle, gardening (beautiful flowers there), going to the beach or one of the islands to explore. Driving up to Costa Rica, golf, swimming. And let us not forget about volunteer work. I hear there is a orphanages where they need people to come and play with the kids and hold the babies. How does that sound for a great reward.

Why Live in Panama?Panama City is one of the world’s least expensive first-world cities. It is also among the most modern and prosperous cities in Latin America with over one million people. The city’s array of tall skyscrapers are reminiscent of Miami. It boasts incredible shopping where almost any product from the U.S. may be easily found. I have posted her the link where I got this information regarding Panama: • Page 1 (Original Post) •
