Has anyone found any information sources regarding homeschooling in Panama? Perhaps if you are not a citizen they don't care.
If I find an answer to this question I'll post the answer.

I think your first step might be to find out if homeschooling is actually legal or possible.
Why not contact the Panama Embassy and ask them about schooling requirements for your kids if you move there and see what information they may have.
