| Post: Border run, bad chicken, library books & rum drinks  Had to make the 90 day visit to Panama/Costa Rica border.One of volunteers who just arrived with 150 lbs of books for a new library that she is helping set up in David, Panama. I finally made it home, too tired to cook dinner, so its rum & ginger in front of the tv. A good day, all in all a lot was accomplished! (not to mention the $100 bucks I just found!)

| I really have all the reasons to move to Panama and hopefully everything will be settled. I really want to pursue living in Boquete. I have gone there several times and I can say that the feeling is really wonderful. In fact there are a lot of good places to live there. So if you like to take a trip in Panama, I would suggest you to go to Boquete. |
| That is true Marynor. I have two friends who had been in there last year and according to them it is really good to have a vacation in there. I would also love to go there and have a vacation but yet, I still have some jobs to do but anyway, there is always a perfect time for everything. By the way, would it be fine for all of you guys to share here any good tips and suggestion as to where to go in Panama. Thanks a lot. |
| Panama has a special place here in my heart. I married a Panamanian guy who is a native of Boquete. Panama is really a beautiful place where I enjoyed my stay. Our marriage took place in one of its beautiful beaches on a sunset. It was really memorable for our whole family. In fact, we will all be coming back to that place probably next year when everything's all set. We also plan of moving there with our kids. |

My husband, myself, three little dogs and two motorcycles want to move to the Las Tablas area in the next 4 months. We are thinking of trailering the bikes down behind our Subaru, and only bring essentials. We are retirees. Any suggestions? |
