Does anyone know if Bernard Bahary still has the Pargo?

I was living in Bocas for 1/2 year. I was very fortunate to met Bernard. Long story about Pargo Rojo ( i was involved with a partner to turn Pargo into Splash now called Aqua Lounge) Great place and the guy running it is as well a great man. Bernard now has a restaurant at the David airport called " Bernard's " You will have to stop by, I'm sure he has not changed. What an amazing wonderful man.

I guess no one cares to answer, for us to find out who Bernard is, and also what pargo is as well. Oh well, guess we are left in the dark. haha

Sally, if I were you, I would offer no apologies at all about the question. Interestingly, it seems there are only two people aware of what is being talked about. I will join the rest of my friends and ask, 'who is Bernard and what is Pargo Rojo? ' Or is this some sort of story supposed to be kept from the rest of us?ha ha
